This model is based on six key capitals: Financial, Infrastructure and Technology, Intellectual, Human, Social and Natural which we invest to transform ourselves and generate value for our clients.
We measure the contribution of each of these capitals to value generation by our business and, at the same time, we make sure to manage them responsibly. Furthermore, we use and strengthen our financial, infrastructure, technology and intellectual capital, and we are aware of our responsibility to develop and protect our human, social and natural capital.
